Project Purpose & Vision This project aims to provide an innovative, data-driven, and sustainable solution to organic waste management challenges in rural areas. By integrating traditional agricultural practices with modern Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, the goal is to transform agricultural and domestic organic waste into highly efficient, nutrient-rich compost. It establishes a model that supports ecological sustainability through technological innovation, ultimately contributing to rural development.

Technological Infrastructure & Sensor Integration At the core of the system lies a smart monitoring network designed to optimize the composting process from start to finish. Crucial environmental metrics, such as temperature and humidity, are measured in real-time using integrated DHT11 sensors. This hardware infrastructure eliminates the uncertainties of traditional composting, transforming it into a highly analytical and measurable process.

Data-Driven Monitoring & Mobile Management Instant data gathered from the sensors is transmitted directly to a custom-developed mobile tracking application. This system enables remote, real-time monitoring of both compost and soil status. If there is any deviation from ideal decomposition conditions (optimum heat and moisture levels), the system immediately detects the issue, allowing for rapid intervention.

Environmental & Social Impact The Pilot Village initiative is not just a step towards waste reduction; it is a circular agriculture movement that improves soil quality and reduces dependency on chemical fertilizers. This project stands as a concrete example of the significant impact eco-friendly approaches can achieve when managed with smart, interconnected systems.
